4-Stage Filtration Process

Step 1: Eagle Redox Alloy® 6500

Removes or reduces chlorine and water-soluble heavy metals such as:

Also helps control scale, bacteria, and algae. Certified by NSF/ANSI Standard 42 – Drinking Water Treatment Units – Aesthetic Effects and complies with California AB1953 and Vermont Act 193.

Step 2: Eagle Redox Alloy® 9500

Removes or reduces:

• Iron

• Hydrogen sulfide

• Water-soluble lead, mercury, nickel, chromium, and other dissolved metals Also controls scale, bacteria, and algae in municipal and other water supplies.

Step 3: Ion Exchange Resin

Reduces:

• Copper

• Zinc

• Aluminum

• Water hardness

During transit, some fine filtration media particles may escape the cartridge and appear in the packaging. If you see black residue, simply rinse and wipe it off before use.
